Welcome to the esteemed Darul Uloom Chicago, where our 6-Year Alim Course seamlessly blends the teachings of the Arabic language and Islamic sciences, in adherence to the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama’ah. This comprehensive program delves into Hanafi jurisprudence, Tafsir, Hadith, Principles of Hadith, Inheritance, Logic, Islamic History, Rhetoric, and beyond.

Objective:

Our primary objective is to cultivate a profound understanding of the Arabic language and Islamic sciences, instilling both intellectual and spiritual growth. Under the guidance of experienced Muftis and teachers, students embark on a transformative journey that encompasses not only academic excellence but also the development of Islamic character and etiquette.

Upon successful completion of this course, students emerge with a deep mastery of Arabic language intricacies and a comprehensive grasp of Islamic principles and sciences. Duration:

The 6-year course is meticulously designed, with classes held Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am till 2:00 pm, and on Fridays from 8:30 am till 12:00 pm. In addition to the core hours, students are assigned homework, enhancing their understanding and application of the teachings. The structured curriculum covers approximately six subjects each year, with a gradual progression from foundational studies to advanced exploration of significant books in Hanafi fiqh, hadith, and other pertinent topics.

Islamic Etiquette and Character Building:

Darul Uloom Chicago takes pride in the presence of capable Muftis and teachers, whose mentorship extends beyond academics. Students are nurtured to embody Islamic character and etiquette, fostering an environment of respect, humility, and politeness within the institute.

STEM Program Integration:

As an added advantage, students of this course are eligible to enroll in our STEM program, enabling them to concurrently pursue secular studies. The ultimate aim is for students to graduate high school upon the completion of the Alim course, equipping them with a well-rounded education.
